1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
1.2 How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number.
- The reason for your return.
- Pictures of the product you wish to return.
- An UNBOXING videoof the product, which is mandatory to process your return request.

Prepare Your Package:
- Include your order confirmation emailor a printed copy of your order details.
- Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, if available.

Return Shipping:
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup from your location.
1.3 Return Shipping Costs
- Free Return Shipping: Available for orders valued over ₹1,500.
- Return Shipping Fee: For orders under ₹1,500, a fee of ₹50 will be deducted from your refund.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund:
- If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refund Timeframe: You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
2.2 Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account via NEFT or another preferred method.
- Please provide your bank account details when you initiate the return to ensure a smooth refund process.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please:
- Return the original item by following the return procedure.
- Place a new order for the desired item on our Website.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We apologize if you have received a damaged or defective product. Here’s how to proceed:
- Report the Issue: Contact us at theurbanelan@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include photos and a description of the damage or defect.
- We will review your case and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including offering a replacement or a full refund as necessary.
5. Order Cancellations
5.1 Cancellation Policy
- Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Send your cancellation request to theurbanelan@gmail.com with your order number.
- After 24 Hours but Before Shipping: If you cancel your order after 24 hours but before it has shipped, a cancellation fee of ₹50 will be deducted from your refund.
- Orders Already Shipped: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Once you receive the item, you may return it according to our return policy.
6. Fake or Incorrect Products Returned
The Urban Elan takes product quality and authenticity seriously. Please note:
- Authenticity Check: If a returned product is found to be fake, significantly altered, or not purchased from The Urban Elan, no refund will be issued.
- Future Restrictions: We reserve the right to deny future return requests from your account if such an incident occurs.
