Thank you for shopping at The Urban Elan! We strive to deliver your orders promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines important information about the delivery of your purchases.

 

1. General Shipping Information

  • Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times for your order will be displayed on the product page. Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather disruptions, or other external circumstances.
  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

2.1 Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days within India.
  • Cost: Free Standard Shipping on orders of any value.

2.2 Express Shipping

  • Charges: We don't provide express shipping now. We will add this feature in near future.
  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days.

 

3. Shipping Charges Overview

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over ₹1,500; ₹50 for orders under ₹1,500.
  • Express Shipping: ₹150 per order.

Note: Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.

Note: If order is under Cash on Delivery(COD) method, Express Shipping can get chosen in that case.

 

4. Additional Shipping Details

4.1 Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

4.2 Delivery Attempts and Address Accuracy

  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
  • Delivery Attempts: The courier will make two delivery attempts. If the delivery fails, the package may be returned, and you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

4.3 Delivery Exceptions

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations may take longer than standard estimates.
  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A complete street address is required.

 

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Facility

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) option up to order value of ₹1,000 and Express Shipping will not be available in this Payment Method.

 

6. Unforeseen Delays

While we strive to meet the delivery times mentioned above, delays can occur due to external factors such as:

  • Severe Weather Conditions
  • Customs Processing Delays
  • Global Shipping Disruptions

We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

The Urban Elan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and family members to ensure it was not received by someone else.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier for further information.
