  • Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times for your order will be displayed on the product page. Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather disruptions, or other external circumstances.
  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

    • United States: 5-10 business days
    • European Union: 7-14 business days
  • Cost:
    • Orders over $100/€100: Free Standard Shipping
    • Orders under $100/€100: A flat rate of $10/€10

2.2 Express Shipping

  • Delivery Times:
    • United States: 2-5 business days
    • European Union: 3-7 business days
  • Cost:
    • Orders under $150/€150: A flat rate of $25/€25
    • Orders over $150/€150: Discounted rate of $15/€15

 

3. International Shipping

3.1 Coverage
We ship internationally to many countries, including most locations in North America, Europe, and selected areas worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at theurbanelan@gmail.com for assistance.

3.2 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customs & Import Duties: All international orders may be subject to customs and import duties, which are charged once the parcel reaches your destination country. The Urban Elan is not responsible for these charges and they must be paid by the recipient.
  • Taxes: Some countries may apply additional taxes to your order. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office for further details.

3.3 Delays Due to Customs
International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.

 

4. Shipping Charges Overview

  • Standard Shipping:
    • United States: $10 (Free for orders over $100)
    • European Union: €10 (Free for orders over €100)
  • Express Shipping:
    • United States: $25 (Discounted rate of $15 for orders over $150)
    • European Union: €25 (Discounted rate of €15 for orders over €150)

Note: Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout and will vary based on the shipping option you select.

 

5. Additional Shipping Details

5.1 Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

5.2 Delivery Attempts and Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or after failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.

5.3 Delivery Exceptions

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take longer than the standard shipping estimates.
  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Certain carriers may not deliver to PO boxes or military addresses. If this applies, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.

  • We are currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions: Country which is not part of United States, Europe and Australia.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

The Urban Elan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and family members to ensure it was not received by someone else.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier for further information.
